This Request for Information (RFI) seeks ideas to help Seattle Public Utilities’ (SPU) Development Services Office (DSO) division sort through options and implement a system that would better serve the land development community. The City seeks options to replace the DSS with a fully supported enterprise solution that integrates with the City of Seattle financial system, permitting system, GIS, work management system, and customer care and billing system. The new solution will streamline business processes, improve the ability to better meet auditors’ requirements, and provide internal employees, external customers, and developers with a holistic view of the requests, documents, project status, payments, permits and licenses required to develop a piece of land.
