On 04/27/2010 at 2:00PM, there will be two simultaneous pre-bid conferences. One at the Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 5th AVE Rm. 4112, Seattle, and one at the Boundary Dam. Directions to the dam are on page 12 of the bid document. These conferences will be connected by conference call.
