•  Quotes must be received on or before the closing date and time at the Central Library (1000 Fourth Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104).
•  Mark the outside of your envelope to indicate “RFQ-RFID/Barcode Tags”

This RFQ has been developed and distributed by The Seattle Public Library (Library), a department of The City of Seattle (“City”), a Washington municipal corporation.  Any references in this RFQ to the City or Library may also be applicable to City of Seattle departments, regulations and requirements.  By responding to this Request for Quotation, Vendor agrees that s/he has read and understands all documents within this RFQ package

The Library reserves the right to waive anomalies in or to reject any or all proposals as it deems necessary.
