Mandatory Pre-Bid and Site Visit Conference: 10/27/11 at 1:00pm at Seattle Municipal Tower, Room 3403 & 3405. The meeting room is in a controlled area of the building so bidders will need to RSVP to the buyer by 10/26/11 @ 2:00 PM.
On 10/27 bidders will need to check –in on floor 32 and get a visitors badge then proceed to floor 34 for the meeting. 700 5th Avenue Seattle, WA 98124. Mandatory Site visit will follow the pre-bid meeting. Meet at Union Substation and walk the project limits 1312 Western Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104.
We will meet at the gate of the substation near the intersection of Western Ave & University St. All site visit participants must provide their own personal protective equipment (PPE). Note no photography is allowed at the substation. Note: All attendees must sign in with the City Buyer
