MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit:
Vendors are required to attend in order to be eligible to submit a Bid.  Vendor’s name must appear on the sign in sheet.  The purpose of the meeting is to see the site (pits and other locations) to answer questions potential Bidders may have regarding the solicitation document and to discuss and clarify issues.  This is an opportunity for Bidders to raise concerns regarding specifications, terms, conditions, and any requirements of this solicitation.  Failure to raise concerns over any issues at this opportunity will be a consideration in any protest filed regarding such items that were known as of this pre-bid conference (Site visit).
