Pre-Proposal Conference: 07/02/12 at 1:30PM local time at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Conference Rooms 9 and 10, Fairfax, Virginia. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential Offerors an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation.
